Keeping up | part two

This virus stopped the whole world in its track and certainly has got everyone’s attention now.

And it’s obvious it cannot be healed unless we unify, we have to be united to survive.

A respiratory breakdown, symbolically and literally focusing us back to the heart.

For thousand of years, our hearts have been sacrificed and enslaved by the mind, by the programming, the conditioning, the labels of separation, the fear, the lack, the abuse of power by a few at the hands of the many.

We have to drop all of that, and here this virus is helping us do that, now it’s up to us to take our power back and go from fear to love out of duality.

Do we choose to change or do we let fear and panic lead us to extinction?

As previously mentioned, community is vital, we have to navigate this together, to operate together and share what we know can help others.

You will make it through this just keep your heart open and your mind clear.

When you don’t know what to do or you feel anxious and overwhelmed… meditate and send blessings to yourself, others and the world instead of worrying and making things worst.

This is what we all have to choose if we want to shift this thing towards growth, healing and transformation.

Understand what is needed now and direct the mind to act on what the heart wants.

This is what I mean about choice, choose you, you have the technology (your body, heart and mind) and tools (your senses, your breath, your awareness), choose to make the most of you.

Now is the time and the time is now.

You’ve got the formula, use it and share it, please.

We are being pushed to the limit but with trust, flexibility and flow, adjusting and adapting, you can never break.

Just tune in and up to that unlimited part within yourself… your true self, the unstoppable, unbreakable fearless self!

Keep up and let the peaceful love warrior in you ride and rise through this while building community for and with others to keep hearts open, strong and compassionate.

Infinite gratitude to all the doctors, nurses and health practitioners who have been working relentlessly since this pandemic outbreak.  Please take care of yourself and give yourself enough rest and food.

Not everyone is on the front lines of this battle, but everyone has a significant role to play.

And your attitude and the thoughts you have matter, they’re gone decide everything, heaven on earth that’s what we want.

Regardless of what is happening in your personal world or the whole world even, it is your attitude, thoughts and actions that are going to decide and change everything.

Joseph Campbell wrote:

“Nietzsche was the one who did the job for me. At a certain moment in his life, the idea came to him of what he called ‘the love of your fate.’ Whatever your fate is, whatever the hell happens, you say, ‘This is what I need.’ It may look like a wreck, but go at it as though it were an opportunity, a challenge. If you bring love to that moment—not discouragement—you will find the strength is there. Any disaster that you can survive is an improvement in your character, your stature, and your life. What a privilege! This is when the spontaneity of your own nature will have a chance to flow.”

And that’s how you live a liberated life healthy happy and fearlessly free regardless of what happens.

It is an inside job and more about your response to what happens than what happens.

So until we speak again, may the force be with you – just tune in, as it is where to find it… within you.

Peace, love and keep up spirit!

Such an inspiring book…I would recommend to anyone who is looking for a better life and one where we’re true to ourselves. Great read and looking forward to the next one!
