Keeling Up | part one
Each day, prioritize your practice, that’s what going to keep you up and what’s gone guarantee your attitude and thoughts stay positive and calm – the mind working for you and not against you.
While also giving you the energy necessary, keeping your body healthy and strong, your mind clear and sharp and your heart loving and trusting.
You are, you can and you will rise through this!
Make that your intention and your strongest belief. Just decide nothing is going to take you under, nothing can if you don’t permit it on the inside.
That’s why I invite you to read the book, so you can see for yourself that you don’t have to let fear or lack dictate your life and right now with what we are faced with, this is crucial.
You have to become fearless whatever it takes and if that means repeating courage peace or trust 500 hundred times a day so that it’s imprinted in every cell in you so be it.
Right now we have to be radical about self-initiation, self-care and self-trust to grow self-reliance and inner strength.
For that remember with a strong nervous system there is nothing you cannot handle nor deal with.
Be dedicated to becoming the strongest expression of yourself, through each conscious intentional breath.
We have to, there is no other choice. Panic or breathe.
This is a radical shift upon us and we have to be radical in our response towards more health, more strength, more healing and transformation for ourselves, others and the world.
Happiness and healing don’t just come from your practice.
It really comes from understanding you, from recognizing you, from accepting you and from agreeing to you.
It happens naturally when you start to value you, prioritize you and invest in you, and the tool and practical expression of that are when you tune in, back to the heart, your ultimate place to reset.
