Classes are a dynamic blend of asanas (postures), pranayama (breath exercises), mantra, music & meditation, which teach you the art of relaxation, self-healing & elevation.
Regardless of your age, size, circumstances or condition, if you can breathe, you can and will benefit from practicing Kundalini Yoga.
Wear loose comfortable clothing and avoid eating at least one hour before class.
